About Covent Garden
The market is held in Jubilee Hall, Covent Garden; an area of London that has been bustling since the 1600’s, however in 1654 the aristocracy moved out and the rest of us moved in and the rest is history. With Bloomsbury to the North, Strand and the River Thames to the South, Trafalgar and Leicester Squares to the West and Lincoln Fields to the east the market is well situated. The area has a fabulous atmosphere and is home to The Royal Opera House, The ENO is a stones throw away as are theatres, fabulous restaurants and shopping galore! An area of London not to be missed.
